First field campaign completed in the Malangen fjord, Tromsø!

A research group from NIVA (NO), RUC (DK), UiO (NO) and AWU (AU) will be working in the Malangen fjord 8-19 August, identifying suitable sampling sites and conducting the first studies on production, growth and decomposition of kelp (WP1) as well as initiating the beach experiments to assess the effect of kelp detritus in the microbial communities of sandy beaches (WP2).
